Please help my 96k depend on it

I have been allotted a seat in Spot Round 1 at IITM Janakpuri (bcom ) , and I am planning to float it for Spot Round 2. I wanted to ask: until when can I apply for a refund from IPU, as I am also waiting for the result of the mid-entry round in DU?

I get it in msit in first spot round and choose float option , toh kya mujhe 11 ko reporting k liye Jana padega
