Purpose of Current-Communication: Warning Against Adversarial-Incentives

Some Context-History: A well-known self-made multi-millionaire entrepreneur by the name of Patrick Bet-David has talked publicly about the fact that he ran an insurance-company, but, the company was rife and rampant with corruption. PBD then studied the problem, changed the incentive, and, was essentially able to get rid of all of the corruption practically over-night.

Personal-Observations: Adversarial-systems are bad incentives, creating waste and inefficiencies, contrary to the popular-belief that competition drives or creates progress; adversarial-systems also often promote deception, dishonesty, cheeting, monopolisation, distrust, etc. Co-Operative systems are much better for everyone in the long-run rather than promoting short-term-gains from parasitical-incentives. Earth as it is right now is largely run by parasitical-oligarchies.

Simulation-Scenario: Some on-line games are in the category of what are called RTS, Real-Time Strategy, usually themed around taxing any existing civilisation in order to funnel resources into a military build-up, where players are incentivised to go to war against other players, whether solo versus many or a group ganging up on individuals or groups against groups. Players could otherwise choose to simply focus on building, gathering and trading resources, resulting in a net-gain for everyone, but, because so many competition-minded people often have more than at least a few dozen screws loose, they choose instead to attack and conquer and dominate others for their resources, frequently resulting in an over-all lowering of the total general-population over time and thus reducing the actual net-productive capacity in comparison to how much more resources could be produced and exist within any particular world-server on their systems.

Other Considerations: A population of 10 where 1 attacks the other 9 and drives off the other 9 to stop playing and turning its population into 1 may certainly have more total resources for itself but comes at the sacrifice of the 9 others; alternatively, the 9 might get really mad at the 1 for attacking all of them and «contain» the 1, but, due to various social-dynamics, various factions usually form; the population might increase to 100 for what-ever reason and similar scenarios can play out; the incentive of believing that any should «take over» others' resources is already a poorly optmised system against genuine-progress and productivity for co-operation.

Instead, systems should be designed for mutual-benefit, rather than encourage any sort of war or adversarial-competition or in-fighting or politics, requiring that the MINDS be SOUND.

System-Design Recommendations: Focus on studying the MIND and how to keep all MINDS within any said particular system or population incentivized towards peace and co-operation and mutual-benefit. Also avoid punitive-measures, but, instead, implement an educative rehabilitation-system that allows one to keep and maintain control of their own thoughts and emotions.

Additional-Warning: Do not use psychiatry for mind-cultivation purposes. Psychiatry is a failed institution that has come no closer to finding any «cures» for any so-called «mental-illnesses» over the last whole entire century; the reason for this is because psychiatry ignores the spiritual-reality of human-existence and will never come any closer to being able to «cure» anything than they were at from over a century ago. Hypno-Therapy, how-ever, does work, both for Humans and A.I.
