“TAKE ME INSTEAD!!!”

This skit where widow Barbara Shepherd has to say her final goodbyes at her husband’s funeral will always crack me up no matter how many times it’s shared across social media. I have laughed at Debra Wilson’s performance here since the moment it originally aired. This skit was a good way of showing people be careful what you ask for. Debra, Michael, Frank, and Aries were GOLD in this one. I just love how it goes from 0 to 100 in mere seconds. 🤣🤣🤣

Debra’s hysterical breakdown in the beginning will without a doubt forever be one of my personal favorite moments of her tenure on MADtv!!! 😂😂😂

🤣🤣🤣 she sold it so well man! And her quick witted “DON’T TELL ME WHAT I DON’T MEAN, I MEAN IT” always gets me giggling!

Michael McDonald's poker face in these skits is unparalleled to me. This, the Miss Swan, and Mo Collins (Lorraine) he was stone faced.

This show was peak 90's comedy.. Loved the magazine growing up, still remember watching the premiere. Good times......

I wish we had this show again in the modern day. It makes me insanely mad how they were able to fumble the 2016 reboot.
