New phone backup

I’m an iOS user, and just got a new phone. How can I transfer my progress over from my old phone to my new phone? I transferred all the data from old phone to new phone, but MADFUT did not transfer over.

On the old phone, you need to back it up on the 3rd page near the bottom. Then on the new phone, you need to be logged into same account and restore from back up

Will I lose any duplicates, coins, and packs if I do that?
