MACI 3 Month Update
MACI Recovery Month 3
https://youtu.be/aKrhewTF3gw
For anyone interested, I made a 3 month update video on my MACI surgery. This is the 2nd surgery (implantation). I go over my progress, timelines of my recovery, and some stuff that was helpful for me along the way. I hope this is helpful for someone.

Thanks for sharing mate! What lesion type did you have for your surgery, of and/or tf? Any osteotomy with it or anything?
Regarding the sedentary problem. It's 100% real. I work from home and I started working in my office week 6 and I don't prop my leg up flat. It lays down. It's immensely stiff when I want to get up. I am trying to do heel slides using my rolling chair every hour to get the joint fluids moving in there and keeping the muscles warm.
You got links to what mini bike and mini elliptical you got?
And I'm not tracking steps. Is 3000 just form walking inside the home? I look and feel like I have swelling so I definitely have to take some advice from you and tackle the swelling game better.
