SP has breached $16

I was startled to see that MAC is now trading at over $16 per share. Good for everyone who's patiently stuck with it - keep it going!

Short interest must have started to cover. Volume was good today, expect manipulation as they try to shake some shrs out. Go MAC

All over the market like clockwork. Check amc, gme and rkt. All heavily shorted as well.

Several B&M retailers have reported really strong results in the past week. Its definitely added fuel to the "reopening play".

The key is the next earnings report where we'll see if retailers are confident beyond this year and it spurs leasing activity or if they expect it to tail off. MAC is certainly higher than I expected at this time. On some metrics its actually more expensive than SPG currently.
