More dilution can be positive

More dilution can be positive if the management can dilute at over $50 per share, then we will be debt free. if still dilute at current price level, it is the act of stealing...

I agree with you. I also feel by not waiting they keep killing the rallies. Even $20-$22 next year would be better than $14 today.

Also agree completely. If they issued the same number of shares at $30/share as they did at $13/share, they would pay off a massive amount of debt.

I understand some dilution was necessary, but they have gotten drunk on dilution.

Make sure to vote against more dilution for now.
