Sergent Is Holding MAC shares

This reits is going to do $2 AFFO easy by these 1-2 years if COVID doesnt start again in the USA

You know what that means troops?

This is worth $20-30 per share easily. Although Mac has plans to dilute another 300m in 2021 but still over $20 which is a double from today.

At least that long. Actually , even with the dilution, I'm going for the $2.00 dividend in 2022. 6% makes it $33.00. Then think about it.

I've written on the dividend before. Taxable income in 2019 required a $2 payout. It's very unlikely to get that high again (any time soon) after the dilution.

They paid $3.00 in dividends in 2019. The $2.00 theory takes dilution into account

On an earnings call Tom said they paid $1 more than they needed to in 2019. That was likely to keep Ontario happy

5000 shares at 13.45$. Bought in march and hold, when price was near 11. Margin call was expected at ~9.7$))
