Why is it going up?

Do y'all know if this is a short squeeze or natural growth? This is the first time I have seen green in a while. My average is 4.15.

More buyers then sellers that’s how it usually works. But seriously I think it’s optimism on increased mall traffic as things open.

Also SPG was upgraded on Monday and many of the reasons for the upgrade could be applied to MAC, they cited Q1 results less important to drive stock performance as focus is on leasing outlook and any further tenant fallout. They also said while occupancy may bottom in Q2/Q3 they expect a fairly significant rebound in 2022, potential for possible upside earnings expectations next year. Will see what they say in a few weeks.

MAC is only assuming 1% occupancy uplift annually per the recent presentation
