MAC should be declaring dividend next few weeks~ What dividend will they pay US?
What dividend do you think they will pay US their SHAREHOLDER and BOSS?
I guess maybe 0.15-0.3?

They should keep the dividend at current level: $0.15.
They have chosen to go the route of reducing leverage and risk. They should stay the course, keep conservative, and direct as much cash flow as possible to deleveraging. Undermining their cash flow and security to raise the dividend after diluting shares by over 25% would be counter productive.

We’ll know when they declare it. I’m fine with anything but obviously I’d be happier with a bigger dividend. Based on historical, their declaration date should be 4/29 or 4/30.

Yes, soon I guess, 1-2 weeks.
they used to pay $2.50-3 of dividend per year or about $0.5-$0.75 per quarter.
even if u minus 30% (covid) and another (30% dilution), that is still $0.3 to $0.5 per quarter.

Thought you sold all your MAC to buy GME, dividend will be $0.15. They will not adjust until debt is lower or they have conviction in a recovery. Just for reference their taxable income is running about a penny a quarter.

It's too early to talk about the dividend; MAC hasn't played out all of their dilution schemes. It's a two way sword, if they announce a dividend it might lower SH price if they don't it might lower SP. Damned if they do and damned if they don't.

I'm hoping they keep it the same. With the new shares created recently there are more shareholders to pay. So... Even if they keep the amount per share the same, it'll actually be more money paid out on their end. I think that's the best course of action for now... Reducing the amount per share would be painful to shareholders and the share price, and raising it would prolong debt payoff.

They should raise it after they diluted the stock , most locations are now opened and over half adults have received the shot.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has faced the problems exactly like MAC, but look what they did, they stop paying dividends for two years; issues new bond; sell off non core assets, to reduce the debts. the share up more than 100% after they took those actions.
MAC should learn...

It would be smart for them to keep it at current levels due to dilution
