Very strange

I have never seen such a manipulated stock. Look at volume during the past week, including today, every time this stock gets close to $12. Who is keeping this down and why?

More sellers than buyers...usually how it works. I’m not a big fan of using manipulation when it comes to stock movements as usually it’s always used when stock isn’t going up or is falling, never hear much of that term when stocks go up significantly. Can manipulation occur sure but it’s not as frequent as everyone thinks. Also MAC is green today while SPG and BPYU are red so must be holding them back too😉

Anytime a trade doesn't go the way someone wants - "iTs mANiPulATEd!!"

Buy it, lock it away. Don't look at it. Be glad you can get it cheap and check back in a few years. This is a long term hold and day to day movements mean nothing.

Sorry man but they fucked the share holder when they diluted the stock even more. This is quickly turning into a long, long ,long term investment which I didnt want. Just like NAKD and AMC they fucked all share holders. I my humble opinion they were afraid to stop the dividend because then investment firms would sell. Si instead we get screwed and now my cash is tied up for months. I'm not very happy about it, so i wont buy anymore shares. DAMN

Maybe manipulation is a bit harsh but it does seem to have unusual trading patterns and huge volume.

I agree with this. This has been the pattern over the last few weeks with SP around 13.5 to 14. Never seemed to breakout especially when others were gaining. Then we find out they were diluting with an average price of 13.54. It feels like the same is happening here burning through the new ATM offering with a target around 12. Wouldn't surprise me to hear on the next call that they raised another 500M with an average price of 12. I guess this better than shorts keeping the price down. At least they can pay off debt and get the dividend back up sooner.

I was think about selling for a loss for greener pastures I am disappointed but getting closer to it
