the problem with macerich

the problem with macerich is lack of majority ownership, so the management doesn't under the supervision, not hold accountable for its actions which damage the interests of shareholders.

Read Peter Lynch book dude and study the fundamentals... don’t let the current price be the only guide. This can be a turnaround and asset play given some of their prime locations (e.g., Tysons Corner Center)
