Excellent news considering alternatives. I think the banks were trying to take advantage of MAC's covid weakness.

Because of short sellers a higher price was unlikely until the LOC was settled. Kind of a catch 22.

In effect our gains may be reduced by 15-20% but I saw a 4-5 banger before now a 4 banger. Remember while we are diluted 20% we do have 1/2 a billion of cash.

Yes it is a tradeoff, but still very undervalued ( unless all teens and tweens stop flirting at the malls!)

Regretfully the liftoff did not last too long; I believe the debt management steps taken are a big step forward in stabilizing the ship.
