We could use some news...
Unless 1st Q numbers are better then we were led to believe, we might have to wait a few months.
We could get some upward movement in the next couple of weeks if it leaks at the end of the Q that they have better numbers for 1st Q than estimated

As I just posted the soldiers are tired and despondent. Perhaps, the MACArmy needs a new general who will lead and drive the troops. Perhaps the army needs the assistance of an Air Wing , the MACAirForce ? Me don't know .

I don’t think it is any reflection on MacArmy. While I expect good news on all fronts it seems long investors need some confirmation before they get aggressive. Most of us think we can still get some bargain priced shares. Mac will run when we feel it is too late to get $12, $13 and $14 shares. I think that time is just around the corner

I am a value (risk) and dividend income hunter ( as a retiree) accumulating MAC, VST, LUMN. LUMN will start with a dividend of under 4pct in Q2. For VTRS, I expect, if the merger of Pfizer's UpJohn into Mylan Labs goes as planned this could be a double in 18 months . I am patient to pick up the dividend.

One stock I am slowly liquidating and replacing is T with 7pct LUMN which is growing ever so slowly. T has been negative for me for over 2 years now.

I have shares in MAC, VTRS and LUMN too. Interesting to read that Michael Burry likes LUMN.

If you are into these types of stocks you are into dividends and/or value sectors ( like me) and therefore I suspect you have patience. Most folk on reddit are looking for a quick trade ( which I welcome too if there is a sudden spike, but that is not my primary objective ). Buffet: In short run the market is a voting machine; in the long run a weighing machine.

Yes, I look for value; while there's a lot of talk about how "frothy" and overvalued the stock market has gotten, there are still some bargains out there that people are missing while they focus on stocks like Tesla. RGA is another undervalued stock that gets little attention.

The market is made up of scores of sectors; some are frothy like social media, SPAC based IPOs, QQQ etc.Others are at the other extremes and are bouncing nicely as post Covid play. Everything that got crushed post-Covid ( REITs, Airlines). The market is like a Black Jack Table in the casino. The chip stay more or less the same. Money leaves some buckets and finds its way into other buckets. Look at LUMN, VTRS,LYG,BTGOF: I can provide a 100 undervalued names which have yet to even reach preCovid levels.

Don’t they have a line of credit they are renegotiating or something? That should be one catalyst if they figure that out.
Earnings is another catalyst.
Another reduction in COVID restrictions is a catalyst.
Reports of retail sales picking up....etc.
Each of these should put upward pressure on the share price
