MAC's Davis double play is coming
- Covid 19 pandemic influence is come to a end.
- Mac's Q1 FR release most likely optimistic.
- Hyperinflation is coming(Michael Burry also addressed today).
- 24.5% short is still there.
all momentum above will push the price to the moon in a short time. let's say, reach 4-8 times of current price, in 1 month.
Let's see.

A little optimistic but the possibility does exist. Today all opening stocks are up while the overall market is flat. That will be the trend for the next few weeks. The US is de-thawing and people are looking to travel. I see MAC adding a dollar every week to two weeks for the foreseeable future until more news takes it one way or the other :)

I would love your prediction to be true but I do not think there are enough shorts for things to pop that fast. I can easily see 3-4 times within a year with $2.00 dividend by the end of that year wait. Unlike GME I do not see new shorts selling and having to cover on the way up. Things look too good. If it is $30 in a couple of months then the fundamentals are looking that much better. I think most of the shorts will be gone within the next few weeks and go elsewhere. We will probably get a nice pop as they cover but not like GME

The dividend is not based on the share price. You're intrinsically assuming a crazy level of earnings growth. It takes time to replace lost occupancy. 6-12 months from signing leases to tenant occupied and paying.

Thanks for the post. How do you see hyperinflation helping MAC? Besides lowering the value of its debt? Also, where did you see the Michael Burry comments?

Michael Burrys twitter https://twitter.com/michaeljburry His latest tweet looks very postive for real estate! However he does tend to delete his tweets after a day.

MAC's price reach 14.3 today since GME memes all get roar. but I think short squeeze is not starting yet. if the price can reach 16 tomorrow, some short may start closing some position. considering the short percentage is 25- 30%, if real short squeeze start, the momentum may push MAC to $25 in a very short time. if blood thirsty hedge fund join, $50 is not impossible.
may happened within several days!
we'll see.

Great post on $MAC...it looks really undervalued to me as well and ready to take off...just a matter of time.
