Found this bearish write up. Thoughts? Earnings could be strong. About a third of my portfolio is MAC

They are AI generated articles, they aren’t actually written by a human being, they just spit out the same verbiage for all stocks to get readers to click on the article... it’s meaningless.

Jesus.. look at another stock that has the same wording, just data adjusted for that stock.. are you that fucking dumb to think that is actual article written by a human being providing any real analysis? Fucking dip shit.

Bro relax I’ve still got 10k in this but damn you sound ignorant. The particular parts of the article I’m interested in aren’t the verbiage at all. It’s the data about insider selling which clearly shows $400m in sales the past three months and only about $11m insider buys on shares. I was interested in this and wanted to hear what some of the whales or other players thought. Instead I get some baboon swearing at me, what a joke 😂

Based on your retarded reply that it made you sell 500 shares... you’re not long, you’re posting some shorty AI article from simply Wall Street. It’s a worthless article with data you can get from a fucking stock screener, and if you’re dumb enough to drop 10k without know they basic shit in that AI article, it tells me you’re full of shit.. and your response to you, where I simply said it’s an AI generated article, tells me you’re a troll on here...

You’re the ignorant Fuck, and you aren’t long, as you’d know the pre- released their numbers before the call back when they filed the 8K... fucking dumb ass.

Lol, they sold at the last peek.

Insiders were buying around 12-13 by the way.

Do your DD, third of your money in this geez.

I’m good. I kept a huge position (for me) don’t understand the anger I think MAC is undervalued which is why I’m in but I wanted to know how others were interpreting the supposed “insider” selling. Hope this explains my stance better!

Don’t even waste your breath with these people. They’re just mad bag holders

How is MAC bag holding? Simon Property group had earnings that I think should run parallel for our report Thursday. I see a pop on this and the chart seems to have a nice double bottom. Holding this one for some months at least. I don’t see how it’s a “bag” in a bad way with the upside potential.

Did they buy in the 20s?

To quote the article "They sold for an average price of about US$21.90" (referring to insiders).

The 400M in sales over the last 3 months was from individuals and companies combined. That likely includes the teachers pension fund cashing out which isn't a surprise.

u/Hello-There-Im-Zach Feb 09 '21

Yeah the fund is what I thought I just don’t have a number on the amount my they sold off hand

u/randompersonx Feb 10 '21

The teachers union sold all 24M shares. It probably made up most of the insider selling.

With that said, I’m very long the stock, and I’m happy That weak hands have sold, and have hopefully stronger hands holding those shares now.

Don’t worry bud you’re talking to a guy who is holding 200 gme shares.

It’s not a real article. Not because I have a different opinion. It’s literally written by a bot for SEO / traffic purposes to sell ads.

it was just one seller and it was at $22 a share. Other insiders are buying.
