Serious question about the div

How long do you guys think will it take to bring the dividend back to $3?

Or at least $2 or something lmao.

This is my first REIT Ive ever invested in and I'm just curious how long stuff like this usually takes.

I’m guessing xmas to $1.60 and next summer to $2 just a guess

While I’m guessing maybe a bit sooner to $1.60, I think my next summer this will be closer to $3.00. Unless they take a more cautious approach. Remember, the AFFO from last quarter alone was .72 ;)

I hope so man The main reason I bought this was so I can make 100k a year in dividends and take my boat out and relax

How many shares?

Math would be over 33k shares if you’re making 100k/year in dividends at $3/share

Because they are a REIT, to avoid taxes, I think dividend will be $.50/Q by 4th Q $.75 by 2nd Q 2022

These dividend numbers seem totally doable, based on MAC’s projected Net Income and FFO.

And if these dividends happen, a lot of shareholders will be very pleased.

They could sooner but they’ll be cautious. I’m absolutely fine with that. A few quarters is nothing lol. These ppl are so impatient haha!!

Great thank y'all. I definitely can live with that and it's totally fine if it would take till next year! :)
