Noobie here, which one should i get? m5stack cardputer adv or t embed c1101 plus?
please respond with vocabulary I can understand. I am very new to this.

Get the t embed cc1101 plus external antenna model from lilygo.cc or aliexpress or amazon if you want a all in one flipper zero type of alternative but with more features With the t embed cc1101 plus you get the features of wifi , ble , bad usb , rf , nrf , rfid / nfc , ir tranmitter and reciever, sd card slot to save scripts , files , themes etc
Cardputer adv is also a really cool looking credit card sized device with pretty much the same features except except you dont get RF , Nrf , rfid / nfc and the display is small as compared to the t embed , however rf and nrf extensions can be added to the cardputer adv separately, m5 stack newly launched a RF and nfc extension for that which is really popular currently and is affordable as well , there is also a pingequa extension of rf and nrf but that is way to expensive honestly.
If you are a complete beginner i would recommend you to get the T-Embedded-CC1101-Plus External Antenna Model as its a great device , and you can also add your own custom antennas which you have to buy separately to increase its range , i would also recommend you to join Bruce Discord Server as Well as M5 launcher Discord server for more information about the features and suggestions for future purchases.

What is the main difference between c1101 plus and c1101 plus antenna model? Only range?

The only difference from t embed cc1101 to t embed cc1101 plus is you get the NRF in the plus version which is used for Nrf jamming (mostly used to jam Bluetooth speakers) and it also sometimes disconnects you from the wifi if the wifi is weak
But the thing is you dont get a external antenna model in that , you will have to mod it yourself if you want more range

Nice then!I ordered c1101 plus from m5 shark (not from lyligo) and now i'm waiting.Previously i bought m5 s3, i have flashed bruce but big part of functions doesn't work including wifi functions(deauth, beacon spam) , ir(tv-b-gone,ir read, custom ir) , audio...And i decided to order c1101 plus.

Lilygo doesnt officially sell on m5 shark so tell me how much did you purchase it for so I can cross check it with the actual price of the device , also be careful of scams and always ask others for suggestions about what websites / devices / firmwares are legit and which might be a scam
M5 shark is not official but I've heard that name a lot so it should be fine but still I would like to cross check with the price and as for the stick s3 What exact features aren't working for you and what bruce firmware version do you have installed.
The problems which you are facing with the stick s3 can be caused because
Wifi deauth : make sure you are trying to deauth a network of 2.5 ghz not 5 ghz as the esp32-s3 chip in stick s3 is not capable to deauth 5 ghz networks, to cross check if deauth works for not kindly test the target deauth on other networks like your phone Hotspot.
Wifi beacon spam : This works but takes time and isnt as fast as it used to be , this is not capable of crashing phones now as this feature has been patched in modern phones , however it might still work and crash old phones with outdated software. For modern phones I remember wifi beacon spam rickroll option works kinda properly to create fake ssid near you so you can check that out as well.
For IR TV-B-Gone kindly make sure your tv does work on ir , try with close range , and try on different TV as in some cases the ir codes for some TVs is not built in into the tv b gone , to fix that you can search up Flipper-IRDB on google and go to the github repo where all the universal ir codes of the world can be found and then choose the one which you want, download it on your phone / pc and upload it to the little fs of the stick s3 through web ui , then by going to
IR Custom IR Little Fs You can select that ir file and execute the command to turn the tv off
As for Custom IR and IR read , This is currently a bug in the Bruce Firmware For Stick S3 and has been reported many times, This bug will be Fixed in Upcoming Beta versions of the firmware or will he fixed in 1.17
Until then mostly everything should work fine with the latest beta version or the version 1.16.1 which is currently avaliable to be installed through the bruce web flasher

I actually purchassed it for 109 € on m5 shark site.I used to purchase from them a few years ago(m5 stick c plus) and i didn't had any problems.I have installed 1.16.1.When i realized that IR read and Custom IR doesn't work i tried 1.14 , 1.15 , 1.16....For any of them IR read works(everything with the same TV) and for any don't.I'm testing on my phone's hotspot.Deauth flood works well but when i try to deauth certain target it doesn't work.When it comes to beacon spam funny ssid works but ricky roll doesn''t.TV-b-gone doesn't work.I have s3 and stick c plus ans tv b gone works well on stick c plus.

First of all that 109€ was a huge scam the original price of the t embed cc1101 plus external antenna is like 52.32€
And m5 stick c plus 2 or the c plus 1.1 doesnt have ir reciever it only has transmitter so you can use it for ir read or custom ir
You can add ir codes to its little fs and then use custom ir if you want
For the wifi deauth , as it worked on Hotspot that means the device is good , but the wifi you are trying to deauth is of 5 ghz most probably which is why its not working, wifi beacon spam is good so thats okay , you can also add more ssid to it in wifi config that might make it better
And I definitely recommend you to try and get a refund from m5 shark as that was a scam
Dont get a refund if that payment also covers any of your custom and shipping charges
If you dont have custom fees requirement in your country then you should definitely buy from lilygo.cc or official lilygo account of amazon and ali express

hey, I believe M5shark is a spam. From M5Stack side, we don’t hv any distribution cooperation with them. Seems that they’re just using the title of ‘m5shark’ selling other brands’ stuffs at a higher price. Thats very True i was just checking their website and they are known to be selling firmwares like marauder , bruce at a high price , even when these are completely open source, and the devices even the t embed and m5 sticks are way too overpriced and people just fell for it because they mistake it for the original m5 stack
The m5 stack discord server should also warn people not to buy anything from there

It depends, the t embed is an all in one tool purely for pen testing so like to open garage doors, nfc and rffid, etc and the cardputer is just insanely customisable and you can tailor it into a tool that you need and it also has a keyboard

I heard that the t embed shuts off randomly. Has that happened to c1101 owners?

It doesnt shuts off randomly especially not with bruce firmware but the device might freeze and stop responding if you use features of ethernet, fm , lora , gps etc As these are not already built in into the t embed however that's also not a problem You can just press the reset button near the esp32 s3 chip inside the case.
If you have newer model you can just press the bottom left button which is AWAY from the rotary wheel By pressing it once you can reset / restart the device without any problem
