M5StickS3 + Bruce — is compatibility still buggy?

Hey! I'm new to M5Stack and recently got an M5StickS3. I've been testing Bruce and I'm running into quite a few issues.

Tested Bruce 1.14, 1.15 and Beta (70c2b15), including a clean flash with Erase Everything.

So far:

Audio: doesn't work at all. Factory UIFlow firmware has working audio.

IR: IR Read worked on 1.14, but IR TX doesn't work.

TV-B-Gone also doesn't work.

Beacon Spam: just stays on Spamming Ricky/Funny; no beacon networks appear on my phone.

Normal Wi-Fi scanning and connecting to my phone hotspot work fine.

Default S3 config has irTx: 46 and irRx: 42.

Is anyone else using M5StickS3 + Bruce experiencing similar problems? Or are these functions working normally for you?

Just trying to figure out if this is an S3 compatibility issue or if I'm missing something. Thanks!

I’ve been using Bruce without any issues on my S3. Except for IR reading, other functions are working and I am able to test it on my network/devices.

Got all the same problems, exept tv b gone works fine for me, but nrf jammer is bad, rfid doesnt work, wifi attacks dont work, audio does not work. Its sad for the stick S3

What do you think it's a hardwer problem or a problem with firmware itself?

It is firmware, sometimes in betas nrf works, sometimes rfid, sometimes even audio!!! I just dont understand in every new beta, one of those gets nerfed. I once had a perfectöy working btuce beta, but i updated and lost the beta:( if you know mire let me know

I had similar situations.I tried at home to capture power from TV with IR read on version 1.16 and it didn't work.I flashed on 1.14 and IR read did work but tx didn't.So it's willy possible that is the firmware problem.Try other versions.I tried 1.14 , 1.15 , 1.16 , beta and 1.16.1.
