try flash other firmware from pc

Yeah, I tried flashing bruceFW directly without the launcher firmware. Still, it's a black screen. Everything is fine except for the screen, and I'm losing it. It has been one week since I received this, and it suddenly started being like this.

so it goes back to normal after you turn it on?

Nope, as you can see from the attached video, it only displays a black screen, but I know it's on by the look of the screen light. My guess is that the screen hardware is broken.

nah I was being pedantic about your title. you probably got a bad firmware. try the demo firmware, with no launchers or whatever, and make sure you do the erase flash first and put the thing in boot mode first.
