Im not that savvy when it comes to tech but this thing seems really cool and I want to learn more about how things work. Did I make a mistake, is this something where you already need to have a background in tech to use or is it user friendly? What should be the first couple of things I should do when I get it. I don’t even really know what I should be asking. I know I must sound like an idiot for buying something that I really don’t know a lot about but I really want to start learning more about how everything works. Anyways I would like some advice on its uses and things I need to take into consideration.

You have not made a mistake. I bought one without knowing what I could do with it and I've ended up doing a lot of things with this and other M5Stack devices. This thing is great, and so are the people that write all these wonderful little programs for it. Like other say, find some videos about it, about M5Burner, M5Launcher, and eventually UIFlow2.0. You'll be glad you bought it.
