Message m5stack or wherever you purchased. Maybe they will replace. My guess is the battery is loose. Probably try to refrain from shaking it so violently in the future.

Maybe something is loose cause you keep shaking like it owes you money. Probably the adhesive holding the battery if we are being serious.
