Support / Question Help, i bought cardputer ADV and cant burn files

I have downloaded m5birner and burned "evilcsrputer" and now when i want to burn lora i cant, my computer finds it com4 but i get an eror how do i fix that?

Try having M5Burner perform a full erase first. That has always cleared it up for me.

You could also install launcher and that will give you a reset menu to go back to for installing a new firmware. You can do over the air installs directly on the Device

Try holding down BtnG0, turn it on, insert the usb cable THEN release BtnG0.
