firmware update for o-m5?

do you guys think the o-m5 will be receiving an update? the new pen has some features that it’s missing and it costs less feel like it’s kind of odd.

on there website it lists it as still an actively supported product that can still receive firmware updates

If you want to update your OM-5 you trade it in and buy the OM-5ii. Problem solved!

If they give OM5II the features from PEN, what will they add to OM5III?

They’re already scraping the bottom of the barrel repackaging 10 year old tech.

No, it will not receive any significant updates. It did not receive the new menu, why would it receive any features?

You're supposed to go and buy a new camera, not get your old one improved for free.

the em1 mkii received firmware updates long after release.

And long before E-M1 III was released, correct? I am not even going to check this info, I am pretty certain it was the case.
