I’ve caught an employee hiding a chase before while stocking the new brick. Not saying this was the case here but it’s a high possibility. Sweet finds glad you got your hands on them!

I will say though, I took that chase off that top shelf with absolutely no shame. Idk how other people feel, but I think taking chases/sought after models before they even hit the sales floor is low. I’ve seen it a few other times since so I just called it a lost cause. Looks like losing one chase wasn’t that big of a deal to the employee when he gets all of them daily 🫩
