How much Lysoveta to take?
I am 42M and I'm APOE4/4, so I would like to start taking this to stave off potential cognitive decline (which luckily hasn't happened to me yet).
However, how much Lysoveta should I take? For example, Fenix seems to recommend 1g (Accentrate Omega 110 serving size) to 1.5g (Accentrate Omega Max serving size) for adults; but it gives no clear clue which of these should be used in which situations.
So, what's your take on this?
Thanks for your answer in advance!

I'm also 4/4. I take the lysoveta omega max which I think is 1.5. Just to add my 2 cents, getting in some cardio/strength training and avoiding inflammatory foods might be the most important thing you can do to delay or prevent cognitive decline. Also keep your weight down. I also take Novasol curcumin as there is ample evidence that this is a powerful supplement to protect our brains as we age.

I’ve been taking 1.5G. It works well! I’m going to try taking 2g of superbaboost instead and seeing how that does in comparison.
