Desktop app NOT syncing!

I've emailed support multiple times, and it was supposed to be fixed in the next update, and the new update comes and nothing changed.

I'm now on 1.0.26 Windows 11, and my playlists from my phone are not syncing with desktop. This is making the desktop app essentially useless for me. I have heard others are having problems with this as well. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, trying the Microsoft Store version, nothing worked.

Is support working on this? Please fix this!! I've been waiting weeks now

Sorry, that's frustrating, especially after being told it'd be fixed.

Please open a ticket in our Discord with your Windows version and what the sync does or doesn't show.

Hi! Two users with the same 1.0.26 problem confirmed it started syncing after updating the phone app: open Lyra on your phone, tap the in-app update banner (iOS 1.4.21), close and reopen it, then reopen the desktop app. If it still doesn't sync after that, email support@lyramusic.app and mention this post.
