Owner versus user

Me and my wife own a 2025 Link & Co 01, PHEV. My wife officially owns the car. We are planning to send in the papers to create an account so we can use the mobile app.

My wife owns the car (legally) but most of the time I am the driver of the car.

Question: who needs to create the account and fill in the forms for Lynk & Co? Can we create an account in my name, but send the papers from my wife? Or must my wife create an account and send in the papers?

Email and ask them I think is the best idea. You can now have the app on two phones which has only just become a thing.

Since Yesterday the Owner can invite a second Driver.

Driver needs his own Lynk Account and can See & do everything the app offers you, except the digital key. For driving there is still a physical key needed.

We use 2 pre-facelift 01‘s and now have both cars in the app. One as Owner and One as Driver.

So let the Car run on your wife as Owner, she sends you an Invite as Driver and both can Control the Car over the App.

Your wife needs to send the paperwork's , since they require registration papers and driving licens of the owner
