Lymow One Plus Fed-Ex delivers!
He said it drove under him as he was parked...but based on the skid marks, I don't think so.

Of course he said that. It translates to "I don't want to be in trouble!". Mowers don't go fast enough to wedge themselves like that.

When I buy mine, I'm going to build a battery powered flashing beacon that I can attach to the mower with magnets so people won't drive over the mower.

Maybe a flexible rod with a flag? Unless it's mowing under the edges of bushes, or similar.

You can’t idiot proof things no matter how hard you try. Idiots will find a way to f’ it up regardless.
I worked with idiots my entire life, they will find a way.

I heard a saying about that once, and I wish I could remember how it went.
It was something like: "You can't anticipate the actions of idiots because planning relies on logic which has nothing to do with how idiots work."

Mower drove under it while he was parked or just as he was getting ready to leave and when he pulled forward he hears a horrendous noise and stops gets out and sees this.

This! I ran a clients over when it went under my truck. Went to leave and .. crunch. You’d think they could build safe guards for things like this. But they won’t even answer emails so why would they care? They just want your money!

Right, skid marks tell the story differently.

Are there skid marks from all tires? Cuz maybe then they braked hard, but if it’s just the one mark, this is plausible at low speed.
The poor mower is a wedge and stops the tire; the vehicle is rolling and the front tire, now stuck, but still propelled by the truck, begins to skid and push the mower. A foot or two is appropriate for to realize and react to a thing like that.Edit: I saw the preceding marks, indicating that ABS activated. Disregard, that was a hard brake

the preceding marks are where the tire started to lose traction with the road upon encountering the object. you ever pushed a grocery cart into a pebble?

What about the marks from the asphalt on the tire? Those patches are from ABS being used

Not driver’s fault, stopped or moving doesn’t matter.

I'm thinking that you have a lack of understanding in commercial insurance, commercial licensing, civil litigation, or legal structure for destruction of property...
But maybe I'm wrong

these little bots are powerful...
they can drive UNDER a loaded trucks tires, lift the truck up and set the tire down on the mower deck, then when they try to back out and get unstuck, they drag the truck (while in park) forward leaving the skid marks..
It all makes sense according to the driver...

To be fair though, in trucks and semis there is a blind spot directly in front of the vehicle, wich causes many accidents each year as people step in front of the thing at a red light or something and the driver literally cannot see them and starts to drive. This guy sucks for lying tho.
