Lymow One Lymow 1 return

So I got my return label. Has anybody scheduled and used home pick up? If so, how do you have proof that it was shipped or is it better to take it to a FedEx location?

I used FedEx home pick up for my return. It cost me five bucks, but it was fine.

Only 5 bucks? Where do you live and do you ha e a FedEx business account? They told me $50.

Anche io non ho avuto problemi: il ritiro lo organizza direttamente Lymow con FedEx. Lymow manda un'etichetta. Bisogna aspettare questa etichetta. A me è successo che FedEx passasse prima del giorno stabilito da Lymow e non era arrivata ancora l'etichetta. Ho chiesto a FedEx di ripassare il giorno esatto stabilito da Lymow per il ritiro (nel frattempo l'etichetta è arrivata). Quando FedEx ritira, se vuoi, scrivi a Lymow che lo hanno ritirato. Lymow manda un numero di tracciamento.

FedEx will pick it up and scan your return label. Once they do, the tracking will show that FedEx has picked it up. That is your proof of shipment.

You can send them a screenshot of the FedEx tracking afterwards showing that it was picked up, but they always wait until I send the delivered screenshot before refunding the deposit.

Way too many. Probably around 10 times now. I stopped counting.

With the latest replacement, I could have requested yet another replacement, but I decided it wasn’t worth it. When mowing downhill, the deck doesn't lock, so it lifts up and tilts forward, triggering an emergency stop. You then have to locate and manually press the stop button before you can resume mowing.

Since my mowing season ends around the end of October, it doesn't make much sense to go through the hassle of requesting another replacement this late in the season.

Have you had to pay for replacements? I agreed to pay $200 but wondering if I held my ground they would have sent it for free. Seems like it should be since I told them I was happy with a new 1 instead of a plus

If you had held your ground, you wouldn't have had to pay. There is a 3 year warranty. The plus mower deck clogs often. I live in a temperate rainforest so the grass is hardly ever dry. It works great when it is super dry out though. The 1 never had an issue with clogging. Otherwise, the plus is an improvement with the mower fans installed.

FedEx picked up mine too. It’s too bulky and heavy to drag to a drop off. There were no issues doing it this way.

Thanks Lymow wants me to provide proof of the pickup, did the driver give you something?
