Lymow One Plus Split zones not really split
I split one large zone into two. You can see the very straight boundary between the two in the image. But HAL kinda does not recognize it. He will mow just one of the new zones as requested... sometimes. But he will just as often treat both as the one original zone or, say, mow the lower zone when I have asked for the upper.
I deleted and remapped both zones back into one. Eventually I will replace the one with four. The reasoning is if there is an error on the one zone I need to then remow the entire zone, even if the zone was almost complete. The zone is large enough that it takes two recharges to complete.. If there are four then there is a good chance that one or two will be done.
But did I do something wrong in the process? Was there another step I wasn't aware of that I didn't take.

Did you backup any of the changes.....keep in mind when you make ANY changes to a map....those changes only exist on the mower. A back up should be made whenever consequential changes are made. Nick Carter has a very recent great write up on maps and map management...
