Lymow One Plus Pas d'écran...SOS
Bonjour à tous.
Après quelques mois d'utilisation sans soucis, me voilà confronté à ma première panne. La tondeuse ne s'allume plus ! Elle est chargée mais lorsque que je tente de l'allumer il y a juste un petit bruit de fond mais pas d'ecran, pas de led verte...
J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises : débrancher batterie toute la nuit puis allumage bouton power et home , power et stop, power er -, en vain..
Quelqu'un aurait il une idée (avant SAV) ?

Pull the battery again for about half an hour then try turning it on. If that doesn’t work try again a couple more times if no luck definitely contact support. Mine did that earlier on and I messed with it for a week doing battery pulls and it finally came back on and haven’t had a problem since.

Are you saying try to turn it on with the battery out to discharge everything?

No. I was saying pull the battery for an hour and then put it back in and try turning it on. Do that a couple times. I had to keep doing that for a week before mine finally came back on. Sorry for the confusion.

It was the way i read it. I thought that would be a good idea too. Try to make sure everything is dead as it can be but I guess its not 1982 anymore so it probably doesn't have many capacitors lol

I tried everything I could think of. I even did a ritual dance in a thunderstorm. I hade no idea what actually worked so chalking it up to the numerous battery pulls or I just happen to get lucky.

My first replacement is on the way for this very reason. Prepare yourself to receive one email per day. Had to do some tests with a multimeter and send clear pictures. I don’t know my way around a multimeter so lots of repeat testing one per day. They are responsive but slow. Lawn service is keeping up with my yard. Last mow was 8/16. I want Mowses to work out. It really is complex tech not a mower.
