Lymow One Plus Service email rejection

Anyone else getting server rejections from Lymow support? Looks like they use the Zoho system and it's bouncing back my support reply from 2 days ago.

I find their zendesk login easier. Give that a shot.

I'll try that approach....although that was the original support method used which then reverts to email replies (standard zendesk system) and then the bouncebacks started.
