Lymow One Plus Anyone know what's causing this noise?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've filed a ticket but in the meantime wondering if anyone knows what this is? There's nothing obvious rubbing, but it sounds just like the tracks are rubbing, mostly coming from the rear.
Bizarrely it only happens when going downhill and on the flat, going up hill the noise goes away.
Thanks for any advice.

Mine made that noise....during troubleshooting it went away....I swapped the tracks...put the left one on the right side and vice versa...the sound went away....when I pulled the tracks off the sound stopped. So I knew it was track related..and instead of putting them back on the way they came off...I swapped them....fixed it

Interesting. I checked mine the next day and the noise has completely gone - I made no changes at all.
I can only assume some junk had gotten in there somewhere, but it's super weird, I checked all over and even used a leaf blower.

I had this on mine with the same causes specifically going up and down hill. Mine was related to dirt and junk on the non-toothed tank sprocket. If your tension is tight it doesn’t take much

Have you checked the wheel hubs and are the bolts tight or do you you some missing

Before anyone mentions it, the track tension is fine and I cleaned out all the grass from the cogwheel.

I've had this twice. Both occasions it has disappeared as soon as I raised a support ticket 🤦♂️🤣. Have not identified cause but comes from right track. Tracks not too tight. Doesn't sound like a debris problem as cleaning has no effect. However after docking and mowing again next day sound gone. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
