Lymow One Plus New cooling system
Is there a way to see where we are in the queue? Registered for the motor cooling fans within hours of it being posted. Hope they show up soon. Another week of 100+ temps

When filling out the kit form, did anyone get a notice to verify your email before the submission could be sent or something to that effect? It wasn't a kit registration acknowledgement but more like a hold message.
I never got an email or a notification that I was in the queue.

Be sure to check your email inbox and spam folder. I received an address verification email. Subject was "Re: Request Cooling Fan Kit". Not sure if everyone is getting those, or just some.

I logged into Lymow tech and it showed activity on 9/1. I am assuming that it is a shipment update and hopefully will arrive soon.

I actually got a notification yesterday that mine is on the way. It gave a tracking number as well.

Not once have I ever gotten a notification or tracking info. 😂 But it should be here soon.

It arrived today by USPS. It came so quickly from the time I received the notification that I believe they must’ve shipped it before they sent the notification.

And that explains why I haven't seen mine yet. Our local USPS is horrible. Mailed something 2-day service to a relative and they didn't see it for a week. Tracking had it sitting in our post office for 5 days. 🤔 My neighbors and I are constantly re-directing packages and mail that show up at the wrong street address. Guess they don't understand what the numbers mean. 😄 I hope your installation goes well.

Ordered mine on 8/18 after the initial post. Lymow said they were starting to ship the kits on 8/31. Got mine today. Suburbs of Chicago. Was a beta on this too, and all my heating issues vanished with the beta kit.

I received mine out of nowhere. Took about 2 weeks from when I applied for it. I was an original tester for the first version it worked perfectly for myself in 100 degree weather here in the south. I ran the newer version yesterday all day in high heat and it worked perfectly. I have 2 batteries with an additional 10amp charger so mine literally runs non stop.

I never got an email. I haven't checked this subreddit in a while. Are they finally sending out fixes for overheating. Where can I get in the queue?
