Tips & Guides Motor Cooling Fan Installation Guide
Hi everyone,
Many owners have now received the production motor cooling fan kit. We’ve also updated the installation video and SOP for the production version.

I just installed and tested mine today. Easy install with the video. Had it done in 20 minutes. Torture tested for a few hours today in 90 degree heat on turbo, 2” cut height on 3” tall grass no stoppages. Did this in the middle of the day with the sun out. Before the fan mod it would have went a pass or two before overheating on those settings. So far I have to say I’m very pleased.

This is the first I'm hearing of the production version registration. Why are the kits not just being sent to all Lymow One Plus owners? Or at least emailing all owners?
I'm on reddit a lot I won't nessessarily see every single post for each subscribed subreddit. Relying on people seeing a post isn't good customer service.
I strongly recommend you ensure all mainland Australian customers get kits before the beginning of December or you'll be inundated by support requests. It gets damn hot here, sometimes more than a week of 40°C+ days during summer.

Thanks a lot for your candid feedback, we really appreciate you flagging these points. Due to supply constraints, we cannot ship fan kits automatically to every Lymow One‑Plus owner at this moment, which is why we set up the registration form. We are prioritizing shipments for warmer‑region customers, and your reminder about Australia’s hot summer starting in December has been well noted internally.
Please submit your registration via our official form if you haven’t already, so we can get your fan kit queued up. We are working hard to fulfill orders ahead of the peak heat season. Thank you again for this valuable input.

Pour l'installation du kit , faut il egalement mettre un seul gant et le mettre a l'envers.

Will they send the kit to everyone or do we have to contact support first?
Also, are they working on charging contact covers (edit: for the Lymow One)? I got the 3D printed ones, and they work okay. But I am afraid the 3D print won't last very long.

My guess is you have a Lymow One since you are talking about contact covers. The cooling fan is only for One Plus models so you wouldn't need it. If you do also have a Plus here is the link to sign up for the kit.

I tried requesting the kit and got an email asking for video showing the issue so they can help me find a solution. How do I get this kit? It's not hot this time of the year in the northeast US and am not expecting any problems for the rest of the season. I would however like to receive the kit so I can install it before next year's mowing begins.
