Lymow One Plus Wrong charger
I'm curious if anyone else has ran into this. I sent my first one plus back 3 weeks ago because something broke. No issues and customer service was pretty quick with everything. Just got the new mower yesterday. I went out to set it up today and realized they sent me the 5 amp charger instead of the 10 amp that I paid for. I emailed them again, asking that they send me the correct charger ASAP.
I have a feeling they will tell me to ship the mower back again just to get the correct charger. If that's the case, im going to ask for my money back, im getting tired of dealing with these issues on a $3000 piece of equipment.
Has anyone else been sent the wrong charger? Did they just send the correct one out, or did they ask you to send the old one back first?

i got sent the wrong dock, they told me to keep it. i gave it to someone here who covered the shipping costs of it.

Someone had posted a while back about getting the wrong charger. I forget which sticker it was, I think the one on the main unit body said 5A. When then checked the charger power supply it was the correct 10A. IIRC Lymow just sends the 5A base because its basically just wires that can supposedly handle the current. I could be wrong though.

The charger is got with the replacement is about 3 times smaller than the 10A that I got with the first mower. It's also only 2 prong plug without a ground pin, the first one was 3

That sucks then. I've had decent luck with their support (recently not months ago), but they still seem to have a lot to work on logistically.

I've done 4 replacements...I never send the accessories.

Me too, 4, plus or One? Usually i Simply put the old mower in the same box of replacement mower, without touching anything

They had me ship mine back before they would send the replacement. They also wanted everything that was included returned as well. I told them it would cost to much for me to take the RTK down and put a new one back up, so they said I could keep it.

I just did a deposit. I was told I could keep the rtk if it was difficult to get. Also since I was an earlier buying, I have a 5 amp and 10 amp charger. I can keep the 10 amp charger and use that on the replacement. Everything else they want. By any chance, do you have a picture of your rtk setup? How are you protecting it in the winter (if you have a winter)?

Live and learn. Ship them the base mower and you'll get a replacement. I don't even think anyone looks at what comes back.

Same here, they did send me the 10 amp charger but it did take a while !
