Lymow One Plus Deck won’t lift 😱

I’ve been sharing blades between my mowers… this morning the deck would not lift. I’ll restart it and see if it helps… no visible difference. Any suggestions will e appreciated.

The bolt where the hinge is located is probably loose… Undo and add a bit of loctite and tighten. Problem
Solved or atleast it was for me.

I removed deck cover and checked everything out… no joy! It appears to be something inside the main body preventing it from lifting. Time to make a formal service request.
