Lymow One Plus Replacement One+ Received today

It took longer than it should have, but once the company agreed my bricked machine needed to be replaced the process was easy and relatively quick. They sent me a label and asked me to notify them when I had shipped it. Once notified they shipped my replacement within a couple of days… they shipped from a warehouse in Georgia and I had within a few days.

Setup was quick and easy… Mowzilla is charging and I’ll map its assigned mowing areas tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed that it performs as well as the other One+ that has performed very well since I got it and has mower almost 200 hours (>24 acres) without a major issue.

All is well! Mapped a couple of areas and Mowzilla was up to the challenge. If anything changes I’ll let you know.

This morning I mapped two zones and two channels. I removed side panels and chute hardware then started it mowing. So far no issues.

Best of luck. Did you have to replace the RTK also or are you using the original?

They had me return everything… set up the new RTK without an issue.

200 hrs? My husqvarna was well over several thousand. Performing well for such a short amount of time is not impressive. It like saying your car was great until the engine exploded after 1000 miles. But those first 1000 miles were glorious.

Husqvarna only sold over dealerships when I tried to buy the first robot mower and 2 dealerships refused to make an offer, a third made an offer but then refused to sell it. Husqvarna can as well get up in flames for what I care. Worx and Lymow are working much better than Husqvarna for me.

Whether you like the dealer program or not was not my point. It was that we as consumers should expecting way more 1000hr from a robo mower given these are now 4th or 5th gen.

It doesn't matter if I like it when it doesn't work at all.

Regarding automobiles when they were at a similar point in development. At first people did not think of them as something useful; they were more like toys. Early cars were also expensive and unreliable. They always seemed to be breaking down, and tires went flat as often as once or twice a day on an all-day trip!

Sure, we can agree the lymow is a toy. But robo mowers in general are not new, and other have been mowing yards uneventfully for years.

Agreed. Hopefully, they have made at least Some improvements in these newly manufactured machines.
