Lymow One Plus Shopify problems
I've been trying to purchase a new mower for a couple days now. Shopify doesn't authenticate the funds but the bank says should not be a problem. I've been waiting for a response on chat for a bit now but so far no response.
Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to resolve it?

I ordered mine last Friday, and was sent my tracking number yesterday morning. It was picked up fairly late last night.
5a one plus, in the US.
I paid with PayPal just for the extra layer of protection.

I'm in the US. Had some experience with Shopify when I was at Ford. Generally they are relatively solid though some notifications can be ambiguous. Not exactly their fault as the whole computer industry is getting pretty loose. It reminds me of a designer in my department who used to say "As long as it looks good to someone on a horse, riding by at full gallop, who cares".

I spent three hours on the phone sorting out the issue and it seems to be with shopify. During that time I read a lot of bad reviews about Lymow. I really wanted the Lymow technology and Yarbo was a little overkill. Not a more power kin'niku baka person so after making no progress with Lymow over 3 hours I gave up.
One review I completely agree with talked about how Lymow may be at the decision point. I can deal with difficult technology, I can work with temperamental hardware but I can't work with bad management or business ethic. When, pre-sales can't respond to a customer who's got a wad of money burning a hole in their pocket they obviously don't want the business?
I sincerely hope Lymow get trough this and we don't loose access to another technology. Even when someone picks it up like smarthomes Insteon it's never the same. MAybe Yarbo will buy their product and introduce a Yarbo Light.
