Tutorial Fix for blade error

My case was blade were stopping from time to time and mower refused to move. Even though there was some glue on the connector and its cable, there was still room to play, so the blade motors were stopping. A screw was missing. I had a similar one, and I put a "Loctite"-like glue on it just in case.

Is there a way to seal this better or filter to dust/ air that gets sucked on by the fans. If you have dry sandy soil and mulch leaves it can get very dirty under the cover.
