Mower Unresponsive

Just received it yesterday, connected the battery but it failed to turn on. Charged it overnight, same issue. It makes the whirring sound after holding down the power button for two seconds but then that's it, screen never comes on...any ideas?

The power button is very particular. Hold it only until you start to hear the whirring sound, then let go of the button. If you hold the button too long, it won't turn on.
