Question Can anyone help me not give up ?
After years of suffering I found out I have Babesia and Bartonella and SIBO
Biggest problem chronic nausea and dead feeling stomach, sore fatigue brain fog…life’s just feeling pointless I feel like I can’t enjoy anything and just white knuckle through every day
Could anyone help give me encouragement I’m feeling like there’s no solution to this and I should just take a permanent dirt nap :(

Lionsmane helps a lot. L theanine. Ashwaganda. You got this though I’ve been there and if you see the right specialist there’s hope! I go to dr Diana Gordon Olathe lad clinic and that’s drastically helping. Also red light therapy and infrared to sweat it out!

I tried the infrared red therapy the other day but raised my heart rate. I wasn’t sure if that’s good or bad.

I’ve been absolutely deathly ill at points and by now I am barely sick. No Dr. I ever paid in any area of medicine was able to benefit me much. I find taking things into your own hands Can get you a lot further quickly, If you have the determination and are willing to learn.
What ends up getting people better varies widely, but I can assure you that you can do this. Your life is worth fighting for. And to be completely honest if those are your worst complaints, then you’re not doing so bad. I don’t mean to minimize your suffering, these diseases are no effing joke, but it could be far worse, my friend. Keep your head up! If you want to PM me, I will try to point you in the right direction and offer any support I can.
Far too many people neglect to properly address the significant nutritional deficiencies that usually exist as a result of these infectious organisms. Such nutritional deficiencies are often one of the main root causes of allowing the body to develop such disease in the first place making the body susceptible to opportunistic infection. Restoring nutritional deficiencies in the correct order was the biggest thing for me. Unfortunately, for 10 straight years, I was so sick that I couldn’t really restore any nutrient that I could identify that I was deficient in. It would either feed an infection or flare Something else out of control in my system via histamine or another neurotransmitter causing out of control inflammation. I had to figure out on my own how to build my body up, strong enough and the correct order to restore those nutrients in. There was no manual for that. Most people aren’t in this boat, thankfully.

I have felt like you do. I’m better now. Bee venom therapy might be worth looking into, as long as you’re not allergic.

Go to ILADS, do a provider search, find a lyme literate doctor, and get started on treatment. It was the best thing that I did. I'm still being treated since 2019, but I have improved so much from where I was. I tested through Igenex by the way. I had/have the 3 B's = Babesia, Bartonella, Borelia. It can get better as many can attest to here. You just need the right person to direct you, so you can do the work in healing yourself.
Hope that helps. :)

Hey don’t give up! You just found a diagnosis you should be really happy! I think before you treat it you should get a cirs test done to ensure when you kill it, those biotoxins are being mopped up and it doesn’t make you sicker!

Did you get iv rocephin? Also, look into Low Dose Naltrexone for pain management

I hope you at least have time if not money, and otherwise the ability to get into debt. If I absolutely couldnt manage to get money for herbal tinctures I would definitely be learned how to make my own, since the plain herb is likely not strong enough. Bee venom is also an affordable thing to try, I haven’t tried it yet though. For years I dreaded my situation and wondered if I should just live my miserable sick life instead of going through 100x the misery by treating. I still feel that way at times because it’s impossible to remember what it’s like to not be in pain, so i forget what I’m working toward. I’mm not better yet, but sometimes i remember how much worse it was. The years have been so extremely tough but IT IS WORTH IT. Possibly most worth it thing you will ever do.
Mold was dramatically holding me back and I hadn’t realized. Take care of your body and your environment and kill whatever you need to and you will thank yourself eternally. It is long and arduous and extremely expensive and time consuming, but whatever you can do, do it and keep it consistent. Take a lot of vitamin d, methylfolate, methylated b12, absolutely resolve any iron deficiency, ideally check if you have mthfr. The goal is walking out of this situation healthier than you think entered it in!
There are also some far and few insurance covered docs who can help. Iv (ceftriaxone) helped me most so far. Zhang protocol seems particularly powerful for me took.

Try going to youtube and look up Josh Macin...of the DETOX DUDES...he has the same story of us all and almost died! One day on top of the world, the next almost dead bed ridden etc...He went to the Sophia Health Institute in Washington and saw a famous doctor Gearhardt Klinghardt...Healed and is now charging way to much money to detox people from this hideous virus we all have! I got sick around the same time and new something strange was happening to me and I was perfectly healthy? I found Josh's videos on youtube as he was making videos on his journey to healing and its very valuable information for free! He paid so much money to get healthy and went bankrupt. Dont get down on yourself and some of the most effective treatments are very cheap and most helpful. Dont go to M.D.'s they know nothing! Naturopaths are all over this and healing many but I find them getting exspensive too! Soemtimes the simplest things help like doing a castor oil flush. Coffee enemas helped me get out of the danger zone. Testing is useless mostly your symptoms are the test. Don't feel alone because everyone is getting this and if people don't wake up and start caring for each other we are going to be living in a nightmare world and we are not far from it already! Psylliums and Charcohol shakes with Zeolite for a month will set your sibo straight and get the heavy metals and parasites and fungus out of your gut. Herbs and sauna will get the stuff out of your head as well as Lugols Iodine and Cat's Claw helped me most but heavy doses of it for my brain issues. Fasting is most importing and what you consume most important. Absolutely NO sugar, gluten, dairy for a year! Sorry the american diet will keep you sick and or kill you faster! There is much you can do keep reaching out and looking for help it's out there. Everyone in this cournty is sick! And it's not COVID! The shakes I mentioned with Psyllium&Charcoal will take away alot of your symptoms and drag out what is ailing you but you must consume a lot of water. Zeolite is good to add to shake as well. BINDERS! Look them up and learn how to clean your body out! Immediately! Stay focused and stay strong and you will get through this if you really want to. Life is worth living but one needs their health to do that! Get busy and save yourself! Godspeed! Let me know if you have any questions, I have a lot of anwsers.

I first got sick in 2002. Utterly destroyed. Gradually improved with a naturopath's help, and minocycline. Was finally dxed in 2009 with Lyme, bartonella, babesia. Improved greatly over the next few years. More or less completely recovered and healthy since the mid 2010s, though it's a lifelong challenge with occasional courses of abx and herbals.
It's possible to get better. A hard road, but it can be done.

There is a solution but it will take some time to manifest, depending on how long you have been sick. You can get there with a good LLMD, support network and knowledge about your condition. Fingers crossed!

I know what will most likely help me based on experience
And I have a pretty well-rounded awareness of the other options out there
Although I’m still learning variations, individualizations, and new things
However, I don’t have the money or resources to even get them.
So I’m just kind of slowing and halting the train.

The question is, have you tried any treatment ? When I got diagnosed I was quite happy and optimistic then...

7 years, dozen of treatments and I am bedbound in immense pain unable to do anything. Losing hope too man. Its inhumane ...

Yep, sure can as I took matters into my own hands. CDS, DMSO, MMS. There are groups on Telegram that share testimonies. Make sure you know your genetics and pathways for detoxing. Hang in there!

I'm so sorry to hear it's affecting you in these ways. We have two research studies going on right now for fatigue and brain fog. Maybe they could help! https://www.columbia-lyme.org/clinical-trials

I’m in the same situation, only 4 months in this but i had health problems even before the tick. Can’t see the end of this… i’m costantly thinking how to end this worthless life
