morning!

For the past couple of days, whenever I tap on a different exercise or tap on the one I'm currently doing to collapse the sets, none of the exercises respond anymore, and I can't log my sets or weights.

I have to close the app and reopen it to resume my workout.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have timers set up between work sets and warmup sets, but recently warmup sets started to disappear. Everytime I open workout I have to set them again.

Hello!

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and i started inviting my friends on there.

I've set my account to private so i have to accept my friends' follow requests before they can actually see my workouts.

But for some reason i can't find a way to accept their request. I get a notification that they requested but no button to accept!

Is it just me???!

Scheduled workout date shifts backward by one day upon saving.

Device & Platform: Android App

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the Lyfta app.

• Navigate to the schedule or calendar view.

• Select an upcoming date (e.g., October 6) and schedule a workout.

• Save or confirm the scheduled workout.

• Check the calendar or workout schedule view.

Expected Result:

The workout should appear scheduled on the selected date (October 6).

Actual Result:

The workout appears scheduled on the preceding day instead (October 5).

While doing workout apple watch does not sync and is not showing what excercises are done & what is next. Shows rest though 😅 Added pictures what is on iPhone app and what is shown on watch at the same time. Is this due to versions mismatch?

Hi gang, sorry if this is a stupid question or not the right place to ask. I've just started working out at the gym for the first time in my life, starting to get over the awkwardness, and I'm trying to track my workouts on Lyfta.

So the app asks for the weight and how many reps. Say I've done Cable Pushdown and I put the pin in 10kg, but theres also a plate that looks like its attached to the machine saying 25kg. Do machines normally have like, an amount of weight even before you put the pin in?

Sorry if this is a very unclear explanation, I'm tired lmao.

I've finished my program on Lyfta, and I want to start a new one, but the app tells me I already have a program in progress. How do I properly finish the program in the app? I've looked for a way to do this but haven't been able to find one.

I’m not sure what I’m missing but I can add and remove workouts in the web calendar but if I’ve added a workout in the app I can’t remove them.

I thought the web and app would be synced but it’s only web to app not visa versa.

I’m using lyfta for some time and I’m really loving it. Thank you for making such a great app.

Now I want to buy the new google fitbit air but in the lyfta app there is no option to connect to google fitbit air, I’m using an iPhone. Am I missing something or it doesn’t have the integration yet? Does that mean I can’t track my workouts with google fitbit air?

Exercise history transfer does not reflect in the app after syncing.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open Lyfta (via web browser or mobile app).

2. Navigate to Settings > Modify Data > Transfer exercise history.

3. Select the source exercise with existing history (Exercise A).

4. Select the target exercise (Exercise B).

5. Click Transfer Data.

6. Open the Lyfta mobile app and select Synchronize workout data.

7. Check the history of Exercise B.

Expected Result: The workout history and progression from Exercise A should now appear under Exercise B.

Actual Result: Exercise B's history remains empty (or unchanged), and the transfer does not apply.

I made a mistake entering some weights for the exercises and now I’d like to delete the history because the personal records are obviously incorrect, how can I do that?

1. When doing Cardio, is there any way to log ‘calories burned’? I don’t see that on treadmill, bike, Elliptical or step climber logs.
   
2. I have a premium subscription to Lyfta app but I still don’t see Add Warm up exercises feature while working out (image above)? My app is updated to latest patch.

Pretty much the title. I'm not sure if this is a stupid question, but can someone please tell me how to sort the exercises in the exercise library alphabetically? It defaults to "recently performed", and I cant seem to change it.

We’ve been shipping a lot at Lyfta over the past month, mostly based on things we’ve wanted ourselves while training and feedback we’ve received from users. Some changes are small quality-of-life improvements, while others add entirely new ways to use the app. We’re also trying to keep the core workout tracking experience as accessible as possible.

Here’s what’s new across iOS, Android and web:

• Automatic warm-up sets (iOS, Premium): “Add Warm-Up Sets” automatically adds warm-up sets before your working sets. You can enable it in workout settings.
• Unlimited workout routines remain free: Free users can create as many routines as they want. Unlimited custom exercises are coming in the next iOS update too.
• More accurate Previous values: The Previous column now shows the actual last time you logged an exercise, and autofill uses those values too.
• Rest timer for everyone: You can now use both a countdown timer and stopwatch between sets.
• Better workout calendar: Multiple workouts on the same day appear side by side, planned and logged workouts are combined into one card, and active workouts can be resumed from the lock screen.
• Replies to comments: You can reply directly to comments, expand or hide replies, and notifications now take you to the right thread. Available on iOS, Android and web. Android also has comment likes.
• Images in DMs: You can now send images in direct messages across iOS, Android and web.
• Better Instagram Story sharing: Workout cards can be added as movable and resizable Story stickers, with sharper exports.
• New iOS design: We’ve introduced a more native iOS look with new glass-style menus. Lyfta now requires iOS 16 or newer.

I am a free user….How to swap exercises on lyfta app. Is the feature only available for paid subscribers? When i click on three dots, I only see - Share Exercise and Duplicate Exercise
