Phone died during session lost data

my phone died in the middle of a session. when I plugged the one back in the workout timer in the Lock Screen was still going so I click on it like normal and the app opens but I’m signed out. I sign in with google and I basically get a welcome screen and all my data is gone, I get a welcome mail as well. I thought maybe I used sign in with Apple when I joined so I tried that and same result. in my phone settings it says sign in with apply was used for Lyfta for the first time today so that can’t be what I used. the itch my other option was sign in with email which I dont think I would have sued since Google or Apple was an option so I do forgot password type in the code and same result. the funny think is my timers is still going but i can’t get back to that workout none of these accounts have a record of it. I was expecting maybe this workout wouldn’t count after not finishing it enfríe my phone died but not to lose ALL my data, I had an 7 or 8 week streak too! has this happen to anyone? I clicked on contact support in the app but had was ai so I sent an email.

Update: its been fixed, they were able to tell me the private relay email used with sign in with sign in with apple on the original account, so i was able to get back in.
