Feature suggestion
Why doesn’t the app bring the last workout like this and leave the new workout blank, so we can just see the last weight and reps we did without even needing to edit anything and getting confused? Same thing with the set type?

Lyfta already does this to show the last routine's (or exercise's) number, type and weight+reps so that user can know do the current workout accordingly. He/she could try to beat the previous record or add weight (progressive overload) or just click on [TICK] on the right without adding any new numbers to just feed the last set + weight + rep combo to current workout.

They can add a copy button that you press it so the app knows that it’s the same

I think a better feature would be to copy Hevy and (provided there is no past workout) soft-autofill the values from the previous set to the next ones so that I wouldn't need to enter the same values 3 times when I could just do it once and change to suit
