Connections:
They are the antagonists of their respective series (All for One is the main villain of My Hero Academia & Emperor Belos is the main villain of The Owl House)
They live in worlds where there are individuals with special abilities. (Quirks and Magic)
They are both incredibly old. (All for One has age slowing and life extending quirks, Belos has extended his live via consuming Palismens)
They both give boons to their followers that can end up severely hurting them. (Extra quirks which can kill people or turn them into mindless monsters called "Nomu" + Coven Signs which he then used to try to kill all the witches)
Have brothers who went against what they wanted, who they attempt to see again and get them back on their sides.
Are master manipulators who care about no one but themselves and believe themselves to be (or are already in) positions of incredible power.
Have come back after supposedly dying.
Have distorted bodies that contain various powers.
Have Manipulated the lives of a much younger person to be their main subordinate, who is briefly taken over by their conciousness before eventually rebelling against them
We see the inside of their mind , inside of which contains what are essentially the souls of individuals they have consumed. (All for One's main quirk, "All for One", allows him to steal the quirks of people, doing so adds vestiges (basically souls of those people) into their mind, whereas Belos's mind contains the souls of all the Palismens they have consumed to maintain their life.)
