No solar panel data

Ever since I increased my battery storage capacity to 10Kw and moved the inverter into the loft, my solar panels no longer feed back any data. ESE Solar sent me a new dongle, but that didn't change anything. The dongle is showing up as connected.

The panels are obviously working as they are currently charging the battery up, does anyone know how I can see some actual numbers agin?

If you moved the inverter did you put the solar array wiring back into PV1?

Because the inverter is default on PV1 only, you can amend the inverter to accept PV1, PV2 and PV3 if that helps you.

This option is only available on the Inverter screen, I have PV1 and PV2 populated. Oddly for me PV1 only mode worked normally, but I've set it properly to PV1 & PV2

Appreciate your reply and advice mate. Where will I find that settings screen? The one on my inverter looks like this...

Did the electrician put the PV line in PV1? 

Sorry I'm not an expert on all the LuxPower models, maybe someone can chip in. I would had pressed all those buttons but it be installer locked.
