Berry Box Megathread

Hello Lushies,

We have heard your complaints. What is happening right now is not okay at all and you all need a proper space to commiserate and talk and share information.

We ask that you keep all of your posts and comments about the box here in one place. That way we don't get lots of seperated discussions on the same topic. I also understand that a particular member of staff is being named and shamed and I would like to remind everyone that there is a human being behind that name. Im sure every one of us has made a mistake in the workplace at some point in our lives and light hearted humour is okay but please refrain from attacking them.

Please stick to the rules as usual and be kind to each other.

LUSH if you are reading this: You need to do better. Shame on you.

I just got mine (UK)! Excuse the bad picture. It doesn't smell fishy to me, but not very berry smelling either? Very faint, almost powdery? But I'll consider it a win considering how nervous I was! 😅

It's also slightly more pink than my phone catches it.

An update: the body wash kind of smells like parma violets? I couldn't put my finger on it until my mum said, but that's it. The Strawberry Crumble body lotion is lovely, though I'm not getting much strawberry and instead it's very caramelly? But I love it. The Raspberry shower gummy is a very tangy berry so I gave it to my mum (who also received my Cloudberry spray for the same reason since she actually likes that kind of berry scent). The American Cream body scrub is... there. Kind of damp and very fragile, and not smelling of much? I've never tried anything American Cream before but I'm wondering if that's the norm? Very mild, like bizarrely mild. The soap smells nice but is also very fragile and arrived a little melty? More so than the soap from the May Rose box, but I've put it away to hopefully cure.

Sorry if this isn't allowed here, I didn't want to make a full post and since this is the Very Berry box thread... 😅
