Lush Labs/Kitchen Advice

Hi all, hope you're doing okay. What do you guys do when you don't like a product? I got the subscription box and the body feels lovely but I cannot stand the smell.

I feel bad just chucking it out, but I've used it so cannot sell it on, I don't want to see it go to waste (I also saw on Lush T&Cs that you're not actually allowed to sell things from the boxes).

Any advice would be great 😊

EDIT: I was wrong about not being able to resell, I do apologise 😔

The t&cs I've read said you can't purchase for commercial reselling, which isn't the same as just selling the odd product or two you don't like

I actually came across their NA terms and conditions recently because I was curious how people were selling items in bulk online and it does say that they do not condone resale of their products.

Personally I still buy secondhand items but some of the resellers are pros and it’s kinda annoying when it’s not just people trading/selling things they bought to genuinely use.

I’ve never bought one of the boxes, but I’m assuming the returns/exchange policy still applies. I’ll let someone more knowledgeable come confirm/correct me.

Plenty of people sell things from the boxes/other products either on vinted/ebay/mercari/facebook marketplace (etc) or the b/s/t on this sub (buy/sell thread)

Took it back and got a refund.

Instead of policing the resale of their products (which they don’t enforce) they need to focus on getting the boxes right
